Demo, Demo, Demo Buffalos Smash Into Their New Home

We are pretty much down to the original studs throughout the space now and still can not figure out why the previous owners did certain things. Its fun trying to think why they would do things like concrete poured on clay that is poured on a slab and than topped with 4” lightweight concrete or why the undersize of the roof is kind of sheet rocked but has marks all over it. Random plumbing, electrical and no HVAC makes this quite the mystery. We have started preliminary plans and trying to figure out how to best use the space. 2016 has sure started off with a bang.
