Buffalo’s offers different maintenance programs designed to match each facility. Whether it’s health care, retail, clean rooms, manufacturing or other unique applications, we will customize our services to suit your application. Properly maintained HVAC systems run longer and need fewer repairs. They also consume less energy and help provide better indoor air quality.

Many of our customers are not onsite and rely on us to make sure the HVAC system is working correctly. We also provide accurate reporting on the condition of current equipment. Consequently, our inspections are a critical component, and we take the responsibility seriously. We keep accurate records of all our visits. When a repair is required, we base our quotes on current and future needs, as well as determine if it is to be expensed or a capital purchase.

Our goal is to lessen your HVAC repairs and expenses by providing improved comfort and minimizing downtime. To do so requires a comprehensive inspection, including verifying proper operation, adjustments as needed, and replacing filters with high-efficiency pleated filters. We evaluate and perform the maintenance tasks as recommended by the manufacturers. Maintenance is performed using a tasking list to ensure complete maintenance is performed and documented.

After completing the maintenance or service call our technician will report to you indicating the status of your equipment and any repairs or additional service that may be required. Photos may be included to assist in conveying findings. Should repairs be required they will be expedited.
