TIMBER! Demolition is going well inside and now starting outside. First things first - get rid of all the ugly and overgrown trees and shrubs.  Looks like a different building after this small change. Next up outside will be new roof, windows, doors, and paint.

It’s a Stampede! - We are off to the races - We are 21 days in and have 31 new jobs on the books and that does not count all the jobs wrote up at the end of December. The new work includes projects for Starbucks, Meridian Aviation, MOD Pizza, Achievement Fitness, and Flextronics just to name a few. This will have our buffalos roaming from Monterey to Santa Rosa and Chico down to Hanford. We are already starting the year with more design/build works and manufacturing/tech facilities. We use Carrier, Titus, Broan, Honeywell, Greenheck and Ruskin and more to make sure you have the finest HVAC equipment possible. Then throw in designing and building our new headquarters and we are lined up for one heck of a wild ride for 2016.

Wells Fargo got an upgrade from us by getting 2 Carrier 3-ton rooftop units, Honeywell CO2 sensors, Innovair smoke detectors, Titus supply and return air ducts, Mitsubishi ductless split system and a Greenheck inline exhaust.
